I ordered this deep muscle massager on April 18, 2020 for close to 100.00 it is now June 4, 2020 and I still haven’t received the product. There is no number to contact, they have a generated email and also they lied about there address being in New York City. I keep emailing about a refund and I hear nothing back. Please don’t buy this item it is a scam

I have no pictures to show because I still have not received my order. I ordered back in April and got an email that shipping was delayed due to COVID. Then I got an email with a tracking number on 5/15 but until now whenever I check it says the tracking # is not valid.
I’ve emailed twice and still have not gotten any response. I want to know where is my order, when am I going to get it, and if I’m. It going to get it, GIVE ME A REFUND! They’ve already charged me for this when I haven’t even gotten the item!

Received the product today and tried it immediately. Built is nice and sturdy, does have some weight to it, which is necessary to deliver the punch. Was surprised by how effective it is, as I mostly only needed the first two gears for my sore shoulder to start getting relief. 4 speeds and the different heads will come in handy. I find sitting in bed with my elbow resting on my leg to be a quite confortable position to be using this product for my shoulders. This way you can add a quilt on your legs to have your arm higher while at ease. Overall very pleased with the product

I love this thing. I hurt my lower back at the gym and needed a massager to help loosen the tight muscles. Overall super happy that I did! You can get a real deep tissue massage and it helped my back a lot. I now use it regularly after workouts to sooth sore muscles.
